“Seva, Shiksha, O Sanskriti”
Saraswati Puja 2026 was Youth Forum's most ambitious cultural event to date — a 5-day celebration at Pragatipally, Subhasgram that wove together devotion, education, science, and community service under the theme “Seva, Shiksha, O Sanskriti” (Service, Education, and Culture).
Over five days spanning two national holidays — Netaji Jayanti (Jan 23) and Republic Day (Jan 26) — the event brought together school students, cultural performers, innovators, scientists, and community members for a celebration unlike any other in the neighbourhood.
More than 200 government school students experienced a Science, AI & Environment Exhibition, an Astronomy Show by the Kolkata Astronomy Centre, a hands-on Robotics Workshop, and a live Innovation Demo — all free of charge.
