About the Event

Youth Forum is proud to present its landmark Blood Donation Camp & Health Awareness Day on May 31, 2026 — a full-day community event that unites two vital missions: saving lives through blood donation and empowering the community with life-changing health knowledge.

Held at Subhasgram Pragatipally, this event is completely free and open to all residents of South 24 Parganas. Whether you donate blood in the morning, attend the awareness sessions in the evening, or simply show solidarity — every presence strengthens our community.

Morning

Blood Donation Camp

8:00 AM onwards · Subhasgram Pragatipally

Donate blood and save up to 3 lives with a single donation. Our medical team from Ruby General Hospital will be present to ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience. All blood groups are welcome and urgently needed.

  • All blood groups welcome — A, B, O, AB (positive & negative)
  • Free haemoglobin & blood pressure check before donation
  • Medical supervision by Ruby General Hospital team
  • Certificate of appreciation for every donor
  • Light refreshments provided after donation

Evening

6 PM

Breast Cancer & Child Nutrition Awareness Session

6:00 PM onwards · Interactive Awareness Programme

Knowledge saves lives. Our evening programme features expert-led awareness sessions on two critical health topics affecting thousands of families in South 24 Parganas.

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness

  • Early warning signs & self-examination technique
  • When to consult a doctor
  • Breaking stigma around cancer
  • Free consultation with an oncology specialist

🥗 Child Nutrition

  • Balanced diet for growing children aged 0–12
  • Addressing malnutrition in our community
  • Government nutrition schemes you should know
  • Practical daily tips for mothers & caregivers

Anyone aged 18–65, weighing above 50 kg, in good health. Your single donation can save three lives.

The evening awareness session on breast cancer and child nutrition is designed especially for the women of our community.

Join as a volunteer speaker or medical support. Help us deliver quality health education to underserved families.
