Blood Donation Camp & Free Eye Care Day
On 1st May 2025, Youth Forum organized one of its most impactful community health drives — combining a Blood Donation Camp with a Free Eye Checkup programme. In association with Ruby General Hospital, the Blood Donation Camp collected donations from 80 generous individuals, contributing to the region's critical blood supply. Simultaneously, in partnership with Susrut Eye Foundation & Research Centre, our team provided free eye examinations to 145 residents, distributed 20 pairs of spectacles at no cost, and facilitated 5 free cataract surgeries — restoring sight for those who needed it most. This event became a model for Youth Forum's approach to community health: combining services to maximise impact in a single day, ensuring that every resident — regardless of economic circumstance — has access to quality medical care.
